Living to Share Your Gifts

Enjoy a few deep breathes and take a moment to arrive in the now. I hope that you can perceive the peace, joy and relaxation that exist in this moment. Let yourself just be for a few minutes, without worrying about the past or planning for the future.

For the last few years I have been working jobs here and there to pay for my travels and to continue this life of exploration and self/world investigation. I have always enjoyed the jobs that have come my way, but have never felt that I had discovered what I wanted to commit myself to for a long time. I have always felt that what I was doing was for the time being. It has been an interesting journey over the years in which I receive little pieces here and there that are slowly revealing my life’s purpose and heart’s desires. I have always had this fear in me that I would choose a job or commit to something that I wouldn’t like and be stuck in it. It has always been a deep fear and belief of an association with work=suffering and struggle. In the world we live in it is absolutely prevalent that so many people hate their jobs and suffer through every day that they have to go to work. I am discovering this part in me that has always run away from commitment because of this fear in me of ending up trapped.

Many people in this world are not enjoying their jobs because they are not living in their purpose. People have chosen heir life’s work due to the wrong reasons. We are pushed right from high school into university, into choosing our life’s path without ever really having the opportunity to discover what our passions are. We suffer because we are not doing what we consider to be a valuable purpose for living. We haven’t had the chance to really discover our talents and allow them to cultivate and grow. Everyone is born with certain talents and ways in which they can bring love and light to the world. If you begin to share your talent with others, you are going to be filled with so much love and joy that you will automatically be successful in what you are doing. People will be attracted to your joy and want to be around you as you share because of this love that you put into what you are doing. You will be happy because you are doing what you love and receiving an income for it. Other people will be happy because you are sharing joy and love with them.

It seems to be a very simple equation….do what you love and you will be successful. If you love teaching you should teach. If you love to draw you should draw. If you love to play music you should play music. If you love law you should be a lawyer. Visualize a world in which everyone loves the job that they do!!! Visualize a life in which you love the job you do (if you don’t already…if you do…just be grateful you have found this grace!)
I invite you to look at your life and honestly ask yourself if you are living in your passion and sharing your gifts with the world. If the answer is no, then ask in which ways you can open yourself up to sharing your gifts and make changes in your present job situation. I understand for many it may not be possible to just drop your normal job to take up a new career path, but look at ways you may share your gifts in your present job or with others in social situations or through volunteering. This will help you to begin to enjoy a job that you normally dislike. It will help you to bring light and love into a place where there may be a lot of darkness. It will also help you to become happier by sharing your passion. You would be surprised by the difference that you can make in your workplace and community…..even when you may believe that nobody else will accept it. Just remember that if you aren’t happy at the job….they probably aren’t either…and you can either sit and suffer through the same monotony, change jobs, OR bring positive change and begin to share your talents with your open heart . Try it and see what happens. Please let me know the results!!!

I felt inspired to write about life’s purpose, talents and jobs because I am starting a new adventure into co-creating a path for myself and my talents. It is with discovering my talents and the realization of my fears preventing me from living my talents that I am now able to go beyond and open myself up to sharing what I love and make a living. I am presently merging together my loves of travel, outdoor adventure and spirituality into the creation of “culture, nature, consciousness excursions.” This concept trip is the perfect balance of what travel should be. It is me putting together my talents, experience and world connections into the ideal means for me to share with you (and whoever else you know that might be interested in a life changing adventure.) The initial trips will be in India and then later merge to the WORLD! Hehe. The time between trips (like now) I will spend in the States and Thailand teaching yoga, meditation, Reiki, and running outdoor adventure/meditation fusion retreats. The space I am presently teaching at in Koh Yao Noi, Thailand is a space of much love and light and will continue to grow as a center for retreats, yoga intensives, healing and amazing outdoor adventure. It is all about this fusion approach to spirituality, travel and self development/knowledge.
Thank you so much for your continuing support and love! I wish each of you so much peace, love, transformation and strength in sustaining an open heart. I wish you the insight and courage to discover and share your talents with the world!

Kumbh Mela 2010

The sound of bells and mantras fill the crisp air of the sacred town of Rishikesh. I gaze out from the balcony at the divine manifestation of the Goddess in the form of Mother Ganga. This holy river that dances through India towards the ocean holds a special magic. In the mornings, dedicated holy men and women brave a bath in the icy waters in order to experience its unique healing benefits. Throughout the day its grace is felt by a plentitude of people. It is used by women stooping on her banks in order to wash their brilliantly colored saris. Prayer filled flowers float in her currents and the dead are burned at her banks. Meditators melt into cosmic bliss with the help of her strong energy field. Families swim and play in her crystal filled white sand beaches. The evenings at her side are filled with sadhu fires and prayers in the river’s divine feminine honor. The river Ganges holds the precious gift of healing and purifying karmas. A dip in her waters promises an expedited movement towards enlightenment and pilgrims from all over the world come to experience this grace.

I have been greatly blessed this year and have the opportunity to spend 4 months alongside the Ganges River. I have come to attend truth gatherings (satsangs) with my Guru and to experience the Kumbh Mela, the largest holy festival on the planet. The Kumbh Mela is an ancient festival that only occurs in this location every 12 years. During the course of 4 months, the nectar of eternal life falls from the heavens and lands in the Ganges near the northern Indian city of Haridwar. There are certain days each month that more of this nectar is available in the river. These are the main bathing days. The festival is traditionally Hindu but it is an opportunity for all to express and love God in their own unique way. Millions of people make a pilgrimage to this sacred city in order to cleanse their karmas and move closer to liberation from the cycle of reincarnation. (Moksha) Amongst these pilgrims are holy men (sadhus) that only leave their hilltop cave homes once every 12 years in order to attend this festival. For most, it is a once in a lifetime experience. It is an amazing opportunity for me to join the millions of holy men and women chanting for God as we move in unison towards the enchanting river.

I recently made the 1 hour journey from Laxmanjula to Haridwar in order to join the full moon January bathing day. Packed snuggly in a Rickshaw, Katelyn and I began to brave the 30 rupee ($. 75), one hour ride to Haridwar. The locals exited the Rickshaw until only we remained. It was at this point that the driver decided to pull over in a little farming village and tell us that if we wanted to go any further, we would now have to pay 300 rupees. We argued the point but the situation resulted in us two American girls walking along a country road in the middle of India, all alone. We decided to take our chances with hitchhiking and stick out our thumbs in hopes of a ride for the remaining 15 km. Grace came in and we were immediately picked up by a mother and son from Delhi. The son swooped in and out of the oncoming traffic as we searched to find the location of the main baths. We drove through an ancient town that was filled with ornate carved buildings and aesthetically crumbling brick walls. The dedicated driver finally came to a stop close to the Ganga and a very old temple. The space was an oasis of tranquility amongst the excited frenzy of Kumbh Mela energy. I would normally drink from this fountain of peace, but at this point I was looking to delve into the craziness of the masses. We parted ways from our Delhi driver and opted for the openness of a pedal rickshaw carriage.

The skinny driver didn’t look strong enough to pedal himself along the hill filled streets, let alone the two of us sitting tall in the tiny rickety structure. It is said that anything is possible in India, and sure enough, away we went. With the willpower of a lion, the small Indian man fiercely raced through the deserted stone streets towards the gathering in Haridwar city. We snapped photos and took in the intensely diverse scenes occurring all around us. We were definitely in India. Motorbikes swerved around the sacred cows and children ran barefoot through the streets. India is a feast of rich contrast. It is sometimes difficult to take it all in.

Our journey landed us in the middle of Haridwar City. The driver asked for 30 rupees for the 30 minute ride, but his sweet sincerity moved us to give him 80 rupees, the equivalent of $1.80. He smiled with gratitude and swayed his head in the Indian version of the western head nod. We placed our hands together in prayer and bowed our heads with a Namaste to show our appreciation for his hard work.

We began to wander on foot without any predetermined destination. We simply wanted to follow our intuitions and enjoy the beautiful experience of the journey. We moved past dreadlocked Babas smiling behind their charras filled chillums. We were met with countless Namastes and chants of Hari Om. The streets were alive with the excitement of God filled pilgrims and eager shop owners waiting for their next sale. Statues of sparkling Hindu Gods and Goddess, intricately manufactured rugs, and clothing made from every color in existence filled the street lined open air shops. I began to breathe it in and was met with the delicious scent of incense as it mingled with a vast array of exotic Indian spices. Samosa shops were neighbored by street chai venders and cases displaying an array of brightly colored Indian sweets. Enchanted by the heart and beauty of this country, we continued to move towards an ideal location to take a dip in the sacred waters of Mother Ganga.

The rows of shops began to open up into the chaos of the Haridwar Ghats (steps leading to the Ganga). We moved through the masses of people dunking in the swiftly moving healing waters. Families grouped together to share their love, devotion and prayers before their 3 dunks for liberation. Despite the intensity, there was a strong spiritual air about the entire scene. People were coming together from all over the world in order to move closer to God. Katelyn and I looked for the ideal location for us to take part in the festivities. Chains and nets were placed along the banks with the intention of preventing the bathers from getting swept away in the currents. We discovered a slightly less dense area amongst a group of Indian women wrapped in saris. One by one we made our prayers and dipped into the rapidly moving waters. In order to make the 3 icy dips for moksha, I had to hold tightly to the chains. The waters covered my head as I made the prayer for the enlightenment of all beings. I prayed for the healing of myself, family and the entire world. I could really feel that the work I am doing on myself is rippling out to the whole of existence.

The Indian woman followed our cue and moved with grace into the waters of the Goddess. I felt a very strong connection to these women as our two very different cultures came together for the unifying purpose of God and liberation from suffering. It was very beautiful to share this experience with the local people of the country. They did not speak English and we did not speak Hindi but words were not needed to understand the splendor of the encounter. We sisters of the world shared love as we smiled and supported each other in the realm beyond words.

The entire experience of my first journey to the Kumbh Mela was filled with much grace, joy and excitement. It was beautiful to move into the experience with the intention of staying centered in meditation amongst so many stimuli. It was a unique opportunity to maintain my presence in the heart and be surrounded by so much of the rich Indian culture. India has an infinite number of faces and it seems that it is possible to discover most of these aspects amongst the celebration of the Kumbh Mela. Cities of tents to explore lay scattered amongst this blessed festival. The energy and momentum of this extended holy-day is underway. With each day that passes, I feel the field of energy growing stronger and stronger. For the next few weeks, I will remain in the tranquility of Rishikesh as I prepare for my next Kumbh Mela pilgrimage on February 12. This day will be the first Royal Bathing day as well as mark one of the biggest Hindu festival days: The Maha Shivaratri….the great Shiva Festival.

Until my next entry, I wish you so much love, blessings and joy in your life. If anyone is curious about this festival, India or anything else pertaining, please feel free to leave any comments or questions. Namaste

Adventures in India

I hope that this message finds you joyful with the awareness of the many blessings that you have in your life.

It has been a few months since my last offering of stories of adventures and insights. I have once again been going deep into spirituality and uncovering the layers of myself. My travel has shifted to this sole intention of discovering the many layers of my being. The further I go into this exploration, the more I realize I have to learn. There is so much! There are entire universes to explore within and I have been making use of many facets to undergo this self discovery.

My time in India began with surroundings that I was unaccustomed to. I am generally a low budget traveler and stick to places where I can live on about $10 a day. My normal scene was exchanged and I found myself staying with friends in the Mumbai music scene. My days and nights were filled with fancy meals, artistic performances, and the Mumbai night life. India is simultaneously very rich and very poor. I was fascinated by the scenes of luxury sports cars filled with expensively dressed passengers as they drove past dirt covered woman in saris while they bathed their children in the water flowing through the street gutter. The contrast is shocking. India pierces into you heart and soul like no other place I have been. It is sometimes difficult to stay open in such places because the suffering of so many of these people is so great. I felt guilty sipping my cappuccino that cost the same amount as a family of 4 could live on for a couple of days. It is humbling to see such sights. It always moves me into a deep state of gratitude for the countless blessings that I have. Could you imagine never having a hot shower in your whole life? Imagine washing your clothes by hand near the city sewer. This is their life! Nothing that we have to deal with in the western world is as close to as difficult as these people’s entire lives are…..they struggle for food while we are worried about not having the latest type of cell phone. I am not saying all this to bring guilt…I am saying it so that we can find a sense of gratitude for all that we have rather than feeling a sadness for all that we think you lack.

It was interesting to go into this alternative scene in India with awareness and consciousness. I watched myself in these surroundings and really saw that I can remain in meditation even when the world is spinning so quickly around me. There were many amazing people that I was connecting with, but I saw that my place was closer to a pure state of Mother Nature.

After a day of intensity squashed on a local Mumbai train overflowing with triple the amount of people it should be holding, I booked the next possible train to Hampi. Nestled in my comfortable sleeper car, I set off on the 24 hour adventure to this amazing bouldering destination. It is interesting because in India, 24 hours for travel to most places is customary. Trains are generally 1-15 hours late and sometimes never actually come at all. Traveling in India teaches you to really trust in the flow and forces you to discover the infinite grace of patience. If you don’t discover a certain level of letting go, you will not survive in this country. One certainty is that you will never run out of things to look at or discover while you are waiting for that train that may never come. India is a feast of colors, sounds, smells and strange sites that you will never see anywhere else.

Hampi is a relaxed town in the inland southern part of India. It is covered with rice patties, palm trees, mountains, blue skies and boulders as far as the eyes can see. It is enchantingly quiet and caters to relaxed backpackers and climbers. My time here was filled with climbing, photography, meditation, yoga and encounters with interesting people from around the world. I was enjoying the silence and stillness of this sacred pilgrimage place, but felt that after one week, I was ready to move on.

The universe pushed me along, as it always does, and I was directed to a city 4 hours from Mumbai called Pune. Pune is famous for being the location of the international meditation center of Osho. (www.osho.com) Osho is a Guru that was especially famous in the 70’s and spread his teachings of free love and celebration throughout the world. His teachings ranged from Zen Buddhism to Vigyan Bhairav Tantra. Osho teaches that everything is God and that a spiritual life doesn’t mean a life of renunciation, it means a life of total acceptance for whatever something is. He says that you should go into everything with spontaneous totality and complete awareness. He created meditation techniques for the modern man that catered to his/her restlessness. Instead of sitting cross legged and trying to go into a state of silence, his mediations are dynamic and full of dancing, movement, yelling, crying, jumping, breathing and shaking. You do something with so much totality that you split into the doer and the watcher.

I spent one month in this center and went deep into my first 3 chakras. It was a love hate relationship. Pune was sometimes a difficult teacher and showed me the lessons in intense ways. Despite the difficulties, much strength, creativity and trust was uncovered. I really began to discover my will power and ability to stand up for myself. I saw that I don’t have to be nice all the time. Many times in my life I have been unable to do and say what I feel because I am worried about how it affects people around me. I have oftentimes allowed people to walk over me because I am afraid of hurting them. I discovered the beautiful ability to be strong and in control, and simultaneously have an open heart and full awareness. We can be loving and compassionate, while doing what makes us happy. It is important for us to stand in our power with grace and love, and be and speak our truth. It is extremely liberating to realize that we have this ability. We all have this gift to be confident in ourselves, while being aware of the others. We must simply allow it to come forth from within us…..

After a 2 week Christmas break in Rishikesh and Prem Baba, I returned to Pune for a random job as a New Years Eve fire dance/ hula hoop dance performer. It was a unique opportunity and I actually made money performing at this 4 star hotel on New Years…..the pictures can speak for themselves….hehe….

The exploration of that which is hidden within me continued as I settled into my familiar home in Rishikesh. It is my third year here in this beautiful holy place in the Himalayas. I am blessed with the opportunity to spend 4 intensely magical months here with my Guru Prem Baba. For those that don’t know, a Guru is a spiritual master. It is someone who has become self realized/ enlightened and helps to guide others towards their own enlightenment. He is a source of infinite wisdom, love and light. I had the grace of encountering him 2 years ago in this sacred place and have been since blessed with much transformation through my connection to him. Prem Baba is from Brazil and is the same teacher that I went to South America to study with.

It is the only the beginning of the season, but much has already been changing. My days are filled with satsangs (“truth gatherings”…..discourses on spirituality), volunteer work, mediation, yoga, dance, friends, yummy food, and so much love. I am really falling in love with the world. The weather is cold but the Energy is high. The largest gathering of people on earth is taking place close to where I am staying. It is called the Kumbh Mela and is a spiritual gathering spanning 4 months. (www.kumbhmela.org).

Change is happening and I have recently taken a huge step to go beyond my identification with being a blonde girl. I went through much fear and vanity and I decided to shave my head. I know to many of you this seems rather crazy, but I must say that is has been one of the most liberating experiences of my life. I feel so absolutely free. It has been an opportunity to allow my inner beauty to shine out.

My heart is expanding at a steady rate. Fears are dropping away as I am learning and growing to embrace humanity. I wish to love the whole world so that the human race can go beyond our selfishness. People play game after game to try to force those around them to give them attention and energy that they have mistaken as love. It is such a silly cycle. We spend day after day suffering and trying to get exclusive love and attention. We fight with our partners and play so many silly trivial games of jealousy, lust, pride, lying and cheating. We say that we love each other one minute, and then the next we feel so much hatred for that same person we claimed we had loved. The truth of the matter is, if we truly love someone, we could never hate them. Love is born from freedom and joy. It is unconditional and cannot lead to hatred when the beloved does something against your will. The trick is to realize that we don’t need to receive love from the outside. We all have so much love to give. The more we give our love freely and without expectations, the more we are filled by this overflowing, abundant energy. We can love everyone. We don’t need an exclusive person to love because our very nature is love. Love everyone. Love even the one that is hurting you because the reason they are hurting you is that they are suffering their own deep pain. Love them so intensely that they are filled with love and no longer have the need to try to hurt you anymore.

What is the point in being so angry and vengeful?

Why do we need to be right and have power over the other?

The only way we will ever have world peace is if we work for peace within ourselves and our relationships. How can countries ever stop fighting if we can’t even forgive our family, friends, neighbors and selves? We don’t even take the time to look people in the eye and say hello. We are all so entranced by our need for survival and desire for superficial pleasure that we forget about the beauty of existence. We forget the joy that we can experience by really connecting with someone. We forget the joy of a walk in the woods or the sun shimmering into a cloudless sky. Life can be so so so beautiful. Life IS so so so beautiful, we have all just been too entranced to stop and take a look.

Just stop for one minute. Have you lost yourself? Have you forgotten yourself? Who are you? What are you doing? Have you been lost in society working for what you think will bring you joy in the future? Have you forgotten that you can have joy right now? The only time for joy and love is right now. If you can’t have it now, you will never have it in the future. Stop. Remember yourself. Remember the beauty and gift of life.

We are alive. Look at your hands. What a phenomenon that we have these hands attached to this body that we get to explore life within. When have you last celebrated the magic of your life? You can sing, dance, play and celebrate this extraordinary experience of your own existence. There is nothing we have to get because we already have everything we need within us. Joy. Love. Life. We have it all in this moment, only many times we forget because we are too busy looking for it somewhere else.

Stop. Wake up. Remember yourself. Remember that life is a celebration. We don’t have to suffer or wait for sometime in the future to find our joy. Wake up now. Change your perception of the world. Rediscover the simplicity of life. Take the time to encounter yourself as you encounter this earth of your brothers and sisters. Stop closing yourself off into your world of what you need and want. Wake up and ask how you can help in the world today. Live to help others and we will all realize that little by little the world will become transformed. I feel this urgency for all of us to help this world to wake up from this nightmare of hatred, mistrust, selfishness, indifference, anger, isolation, and war. The only way it will happen is if we begin to transform ourselves in our day to day interactions. Take the time to look into someone’s eyes and really listen to what they are saying. We all need to shift our attention from trying to get, to trying to give. See everyone as a part of you and honor them as such. Why would you want to hurt yourself? Everyone is doing the best that they can with the tools and experiences they have been given. Give love and joy and we will see how the world will change. Little by little….each one of us doing our part to shift the consciousness of the planet. We can heal this world, that seems like is falling apart, only if we shift our own focus to love and joy. I really see how this can work. So please heed my request….Wake up! Work to stop the pain and suffering. You are the embodiment of divine love! We are all the embodiment of divine love! Each of us is a source of everlasting joy. Remember your true nature and come back to the beauty and grace of your phenomenal existence!

I will have more about this soon. I will also include some tips on how to bring more consciousness into your everyday lives, how to not get lost in the moment, and opportunities to share more love with the world.

Thank you so much for sharing yourself with me and moving towards a life filled with love and joy. I will be in touch soon. Please feel free to send me any comments or questions. It touches me deeply whenever I hear back from you!

A Guided self introspection

So my challenge to you is to take a moment now, take a few deep breathes, feel calm and relaxed, without tension. Now, honestly look at yourself and your life. Who are you?

Are you your body? Are you your mind? Are you your name? Are you your job? Are you your accomplishments? What has been the part of you that is unchanging your whole life?……Who are you?

Are you comfortable being alone in silence or do you immediately feel restless and unable to be calm and still? Why this agitation? Do you feel this need to distract yourself with work, the TV, social gatherings, food, and endless sometimes pointless conversations?

Are you truly happy? If not, what is preventing you from being happy? What is causing your suffering? Anger, Blame, Attachment, Sadness, Judgment, Resentment, Boredom, Guilt, Pride, pain, being trapped in a negative pattern, job or relationship, not following your passion, stress, desire for something but not having it, or anything else that may come to the surface….Be honest with your self introspection.

What is your no to life?

What is your no to experiencing joy in life?

Why aren’t you truly happy? Be honest and look at your life, and your negative repetitious patterns that cause your own suffering. When you find something, look at it. Make a commitment to become aware when it comes up in your life and longer fall victim to the pattern. Little by little, with awareness, you can begin to make subtle changes in your mindset and way of living that will result in a huge transformation in the overall emotional sate of your life.

“It is an idiot who keeps doing things exactly the same and expects to suddenly get a different result.”

If it is dark and you light a candle, the darkness simply disappears with the small flame of light. Shine the light of awareness onto your darkness, and the darkness will begin to disappear from your life.

Slow down so you can see what is happening and actually experience life rather than getting caught up in the drama.

Also, begin to give what you feel you need and see what suddenly happens. For example, you feel that you need to get some love, try giving someone else some love instead. You might find that you have so much love to give that you no longer need to receive it from the outside. Maybe……

Just try to see what is happening. How hard can it be to pay attention to what you are doing and experiencing?

With Love....Kristie

My Brazil Update

Beloved friends,
I hope that this message finds you in a state of joyful contentment with all that surrounds you in your life.
I have just returned from Brazil and will be spending the next few weeks in Buffalo before returning to India. I apologize for the lack of email updates while I was in Brazil. I wished to share so much with all of you, but I was in a location where internet wasn’t very available. I also had little time to spend with technology because so much of my journey was dedicated to spiritual intensives and deep processing of many aspects of my life. For me, these one and a half months in Brazil with my Guru Prem Baba were equal to at least 5 years of normal self knowledge work. We ventured into the depths of being and then soared high into the realms of divine bliss. It was a roller coaster ride into the self. We looked at our hidden layers of darkness, the masks we often unknowingly wear, our patterns, and packs of vengeance that cause our own suffering. We shined the light of awareness onto these areas so that through their identification we can begin to de-identify from them within our lives. We worked to heal the scars life has placed upon us as we drop the illusions and move closer to a life of freedom, unconditional love and joy….and for those of you I haven’t lost yet, we began the process of the activation of cosmic consciousness. To sum it all….it has been an extremely intense learning process that alternated between realms of extreme anger and sadness and then jumped up to moments of utter bliss and divine love.
It was such gift to share time and space with the Brazilians. Their hospitality and open hearts were a blessing to be around. They truly wear their heart proudly and welcome you into their country with a kiss on the cheek and a warm embrace.
I elected to spend much of my time at Prem Baba’s ashram (spiritual school) opposed to traveling in Brazil. I felt that my purpose for being in South America was to delve more deeply into mediation and self knowledge opposed to wandering aimlessly. As Prem Baba would say: “you are no longer a seeker, you are a founder….you have found the path, you just have to walk it and see where it goes.” So I rode the waves at the ashram…with the exception of a few nights in Sao Paulo where I danced the night away with some amazing Brazilian dancers….(check out the video on facebook). Hehe….
Over these past years of traveling, I have learned so much. I am getting closer and closer to really starting something with these experiences I have been having. I wish to share my wisdom, love and talents of yoga, meditation, healing, dance, travel, writing, photography and inspire others to delve into this beautiful world of happiness. So many people are suffering and no longer have passion for life. They have become so lost in the illusion that they forget their reason for living. They have forgotten those moments when they have felt joy and presence. They are too busy to actually take the time for themselves to enjoy their life and to be grateful for all that they have rather than worrying about all that they are lacking. People want to look around and blame everyone else for their suffering rather than changing the circumstances or when it is not in their power to change it, accept it. The world is in urgent need of healing, but in order to work to heal the world, we must first heal ourselves…..

I hope that this “update” has inspired you in some way. May you walk surrounded by everlasting joy and with the grace of passion and love in your heart, and wisdom etched into your soul.

Best wishes and love for you on your journey,

Kristie

Ps….please share with me any comments, questions, experiences or findings that you may have regarding what I have written. It makes me so happy to hear from you!!

Coming soon......

I am learning as I go....so more will be coming soon!!!!
